I arrived at the hotel, and the check-in process was a bit slow as they charged my card again, but eventually got sorted out. The room I stayed in was nice and clean, it seemed recently remodeled. The breakfast options were great, a nice way to start the day.

I couldn't help but find this hotel in a prime spot, surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. The rooms, however, seemed to have a cleanliness issue that was masked with strong disinfectant, taking quite a while to warm up. The service, on the other hand, was a delightful surprise with a very welcoming reception. The price seemed reasonable, but certain areas could use improvement.

The hotel offers spacious rooms that had a bad smell and felt damp, despite being non-smoking. The management was outstandingly helpful, but the room condition did not match the high price. Despite its rundown state, the hotel is in a competitive price range.

Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were initially not up to standard due to cleanliness issues, but after they were attended to, they turned out beautiful, despite the lingering smell of cigarette smoke. I was disappointed with the overall facility's cleanliness, particularly the lobby. The service was of mixed quality, with polite and helpful interactions but lacking a more personal touch. The location was suitable for my early appointment the next morning and offered various dining and shopping options within walking distance, despite some minor safety concerns. The breakfast was not very appealing, but there was a good variety, though with an added cost. The facilities were adequate, though nothing exceptional.
